What personal data Enola Bar Club collects, why, for how long, and what rights you have — under the GDPR.

This policy explains what personal data Enola Bar Club collects, why it collects it, and what rights you have over it. It is written based on the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- When you contact us (form, email, phone): name, email or phone number, and the content of your message.
- When you make a reservation: name, phone number, date, and number of people.
- When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and confirmation of your subscription.
- When you use the digital assistant: the text of the conversation, so it can respond to you.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, and browser type — data generated by every website visit.
We do not ask for or need special categories of data. You do not need to declare your gender identity or sexual orientation to visit or contact us.
3. Why we process them
- To respond to you or to hold your table — execution of a contract or your request before it (Article 6§1b).
- For the newsletter — exclusively with your consent (Article 6§1a), which you can withdraw at any time.
- For the security and operation of the site — our legitimate interest (Article 6§1f).
- To fulfill our obligations, e.g., tax — legal obligation (Article 6§1c).
4. Who else sees them
We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share them with providers who serve us and are contractually bound:
- Hosting provider of the site and emails, with servers within the EU.
- Google Maps, only if you choose to load the map or accept the related cookies.
- Public authorities, if required by law.
5. How long we keep them
- Communication messages: up to 24 months from the last contact.
- Reservations: up to 12 months.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Invoices: as long as tax legislation requires.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@enola.gr and we will respond within a month.
If you believe that we have not respected your rights, you can appeal to the Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and ask for your consent for anything that is not necessary. Detailed in the Cookie Policy.
8. Security
The site operates exclusively through an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to those who need it for their work.
9. Age limit
Our space is strictly for individuals 18 years and older and the site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to the policy
If anything substantial changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
