  • Just send an email to info@enola.gr.
  • We respond within one month at the latest, as required by GDPR.
  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link at the end of each email.
  • We only keep what the law requires, and we tell you what that is.

This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data from Enola Bar Club and what exactly happens afterward.

1. What it covers

It covers everything we hold about you: communication messages, booking details, newsletter subscription, and conversations with the digital assistant.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@enola.gr with the subject "Data Deletion". Write to us from the address you used with us or provide us with the booking phone number so we can find the correct data.

For the newsletter, you don't even need an email: every update you receive has an unsubscribe link at the end.

3. Identity confirmation

We ask for minimal confirmation that the request indeed comes from you. We do not do this to complicate the process, but to prevent someone else from deleting your data.

4. What we delete

We delete your data from our active systems. Backup copies containing older records are replaced in their regular cycle and are not used for any other purpose.

5. What we keep and why

Some information we cannot delete immediately because the law requires us to keep it — mainly tax documents. In this case, we inform you what we keep and for how long.

6. How quickly

We respond within one month of receiving the request, as required by GDPR. In practice, usually much sooner.

7. If you disagree with our response

You can appeal to the Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
